Within this eerie dimension, these Infected individuals can transform into formidable monsters charged with the grim duty of slaying one of the Truth Seekers to conclude the ritual successfully. Furthermore, the game's sinister backdrop is set within Millhaven Asylum, where an occult ceremony unfolded in 1979, leaving only one survivor.
